1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeatPakka ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SeatPakka is a cloud-based study hall management platform that helps owners manage seat allocations, student records, payment tracking, attendance, and WhatsApp communications.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SeatPakka (student records, payment data, hall configurations). We do not claim ownership of your content. You can export your data at any time through the Settings page.

5. Subscription & Payments

• The Starter plan is free with limited features.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses due to service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

SeatPakka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may export your data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
